Walk and Run Coaching

How are you GOing?

The coach­ing takes place out­side. We start with mind­ful­ness med­i­ta­tion and an anam­ne­sis, fol­lowed by an analy­sis and tar­get­ed train­ing. The exer­cis­es I use are a fusion of Spi­ral­dy­namik®, Yoga, Qi Gong and my cre­ations. If you wish, we can inte­grate breath­ing exer­cis­es and Con­scious­ness Explo­ration into the train­ing. Expe­ri­ence a sig­nif­i­cant­ly high­er qual­i­ty of move­ment, light­ness, increased effi­cien­cy and joy in your every­day walk­ing and run­ning.

Well-aligned walking and running are amongst the most beneficial ways to stay fit, counteract tension, train your cardiovascular system and even your mindfulness.
