Walk and Run Coaching
How are you GOing?
The coaching takes place outside. We start with mindfulness meditation and an anamnesis, followed by an analysis and targeted training. The exercises I use are a fusion of Spiraldynamik®, Yoga, Qi Gong and my creations. If you wish, we can integrate breathing exercises and Consciousness Exploration into the training. Experience a significantly higher quality of movement, lightness, increased efficiency and joy in your everyday walking and running.
Well-aligned walking and running are amongst the most beneficial ways to stay fit, counteract tension, train your cardiovascular system and even your mindfulness.
