Food, one of our main energy sources. What we eat determines decisively how we feel, how fit we are and how we are structure our day. Eating habits are often indicators of our self-care and esteem, spiritual and psychological evasive actions. The confrontation with our nutrition can be a big support to psychological and spiritual transformations or even set them in motion.
I did guest-studies in nutritional sciences, multiple health food courses and most important lived and live what I teach. My nutritional history is vast. Vegetarian by birth, to strictly Vegan with 16 years old, Raw Food with 19 years, lots of fasting and now being at a state of eating my “soul food”, which is the food my body and spirit is asking for.
My approach is to help you regain that natural connection to what nutrition serving you best. This is a process, in which we look at habits, patterns, and guilt-free discover what lays behind your eating behavior. We incorporate detox tools, nutrient teachings and gently apply step-by-step changes, which are easy and fun.
To change to a healthier lifestyle means to reconnect with yourself. It takes dedication but is rewarding and sustainable.
