„Let food be thy med­i­cine and med­i­cine be thy food.“

Food, one of our main ener­gy sources. What we eat deter­mines deci­sive­ly how we feel, how fit we are and how we are struc­ture our day. Eat­ing habits are often indi­ca­tors of our self-care and esteem, spir­i­tu­al and psy­cho­log­i­cal eva­sive actions. The con­fronta­tion with our nutri­tion can be a big sup­port to psy­cho­log­i­cal and spir­i­tu­al trans­for­ma­tions or even set them in motion. 

I did guest-stud­ies in nutri­tion­al sci­ences, mul­ti­ple health food cours­es and most impor­tant lived and live what I teach. My nutri­tion­al his­to­ry is vast. Veg­e­tar­i­an by birth, to strict­ly Veg­an with 16 years old, Raw Food with 19 years, lots of fast­ing and now being at a state of eat­ing my “soul food”, which is the food my body and spir­it is ask­ing for.

My approach is to help you regain that nat­ur­al con­nec­tion to what nutri­tion serv­ing you best. This is a process, in which we look at habits, pat­terns, and guilt-free dis­cov­er what lays behind your eat­ing behav­ior. We incor­po­rate detox tools, nutri­ent teach­ings and gen­tly apply step-by-step changes, which are easy and fun.

To change to a healthier lifestyle means to reconnect with yourself. It takes dedication but is rewarding and sustainable.
