I am outdoors in nature as often as possible — preferably at the ocean.
Proximity to nature helps to free the mind, to hear our inner wisdom and to be fully present.
It is a resource for our energy that we can and should use. Usually, it is easier to free your mind when you are surrounded by nature. Especially city people benefit from the silence and the healing air. Most of my retreats and workshops take place at special “energy hotspots” in the midst of beautiful nature. I am happy to arrange your private-booking in meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and coaching outdoors.
