I am out­doors in nature as often as pos­si­ble — prefer­ably at the ocean.

Proximity to nature helps to free the mind, to hear our inner wisdom and to be fully present.

It is a resource for our ener­gy that we can and should use. Usu­al­ly, it is eas­i­er to free your mind when you are sur­round­ed by nature. Espe­cial­ly city peo­ple ben­e­fit from the silence and the heal­ing air. Most of my retreats and work­shops take place at spe­cial “ener­gy hotspots” in the midst of beau­ti­ful nature. I am hap­py to arrange your pri­vate-book­ing in med­i­ta­tion, yoga, breath­ing exer­cis­es and coach­ing out­doors.
