The Asana School

Nadine Neuwerk (Bac.Sc. Physiotherapie) and Klara Michel (Yoga.Coaching.Health)

Nadine and Klara combine their many years of knowledge from physiotherapy, yoga and yoga therapy as well as Spiraldynamik® and founded The Asana School at the end of 2016. Their goal is to help people gain a better understanding of their bodies, to strengthen their intuition in context of the body, and to create a safe, profound and healing yoga. Her teaching is characterized by her joy of movement and her fascination for anatomy and Spiraldynamik.

We believe in mutual empowerment and the potential of networking ancient Vedic knowledge with modern science, which is why we founded The Asana School.

Nadine Neuwerk, Bac.Sc. Physiotherapie

My personal movement experience in sports and yoga, in Spiraldynamik, manual therapy, as well as my four-year university degree as a physiotherapist are the basic building blocks of my work. I want to enable people to intelligently counteract degeneration and injuries through knowledge and targeted exercises. It is important to me that people themselves gain an understanding of their own body. →  more info on Nadine

Klara Michel, Yoga Coaching Health

With the Asana School, I fulfill myself a dream: to help people through Yoga to more freedom and quality of movement, to train yoga teachers and to research and learn by working with Nadine.
